We do not take responsibility for the quality of flowers upon next day arrival since the flowers were not in water for an additional period of time, usually overnight. The quality of flowers can worsen, and at that point, it is the recipient's responsibility to explain and compensate the sender for the missed delivery if any issues about the quality of flowers are raised, not due to our fault.
